| You email me a situation where you need to use English. I will ask you questions based on that description. You will receive detailed written and oral feedback on your responses. For example, you are responsible for handling overseas customer inquiries. Recently, the latest shipment of goods had many defects. You have been getting a lot of calls complaining about the product.
